Phoenix dispatch works 7 AM to 7 PM Arizona time, every day.

A periodic inspection the FMCSA requires at least once every 12 months for commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce (49 CFR 396.17). It covers brakes, steering, lighting, tires, frame, coupling devices and other safety systems. A vehicle that passes gets a report and a decal.

Yes, inside the Phoenix metro. The mechanic comes to your yard, terminal or wherever the trucks are parked, so nobody drives them to a shop.

The inspector writes down every problem. The mechanic can quote the repairs on the spot; nothing is fixed or charged until you approve. Once repaired, the vehicle can be inspected again.

No estimates. Your mechanic quotes the inspection and any repairs it turns up, and you approve before any work. Nothing is charged until you say yes. You pay by card in the app or on your status page.

Annual inspections must be done by someone who meets the inspector qualifications in 49 CFR 396.19. When you book, ask dispatch to confirm the inspector's qualification.

Yes. Fleets in the Phoenix metro can set up an account with dispatch for several trucks, PO numbers and one invoice per job. See the fleet page or call dispatch.
