How it works

One request, and every next step on your phone. The same flow in the app and on the web, for drivers, owner-operators and fleets in the Phoenix metro.

The steps

  1. Request sent

    You tell us what's wrong

The problem, where the truck is, the truck, and the best number to reach you. Dispatch looks for the closest mechanic with the right tools.

  2. Accepted

    A mechanic accepts

You see their name, photo, rating, service truck and full plate, so you know exactly who is pulling up.

  3. On the way

    Follow them live

A map and an arrival time on your status page, and on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with the app. If they're running late, you're told.

  4. Arrived

    They're at your truck

How to spot them, and a reminder that you pay in the app, never cash at the truck.

  5. Diagnosis

    They find the problem

Checks, codes and photos at the truck. No estimates before this point, from anyone.

  6. Your price

    You approve the price

Parts, labor and call-out, line by line. Approve it, or ask a question first. No work and no charge until you say yes.

  7. Repair

    They fix it

You can follow along on the status page. If a part has to be ordered, you're told.

  8. Done

    Pay and rate

Pay by card in the app or on the status page, keep the receipt, and rate the job.
