When you write or call, tell us the request number the assistant gave you, or the phone number you used, and what you need. That is enough for us to find your request.
It is a request, not a bookingA dispatcher calls or texts to confirm where the truck is and whether a mechanic is available before anyone is assigned.
Service areaDispatch covers the Phoenix, Arizona metro area today. Requests for other places are declined.
PriceThere is no estimate before diagnosis. The mechanic diagnoses the truck on site, gives a quote, and you approve it before any work starts. No payment is taken in an assistant.
Check on itAsk the assistant for the status, open the tracking link it gave you, or call us.
Cancel itAsk the assistant to cancel while no mechanic has been assigned. After that, call us so dispatch can stop the mechanic. Nothing is charged for a cancelled request.
