Start a request
Tell dispatch what's wrong and where the truck is. When a mechanic accepts, your status page shows their photo, truck and plate, then the price to approve.
Start a requestOpens Phoenix dispatch, run by AZ Mobile Diesel Repair, our Phoenix crew. No account needed. Saving a card does not authorize any repair.
Call dispatch
Best if you're on the shoulder with your hands full. Have the truck's location (highway, direction, mile marker or exit) and what it's doing.
(602) 456-90717 AM to 7 PM Arizona time, every day.
Safety firstPull fully off the road, hazards on, triangles out, and wait away from traffic. If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 911.
How pricing worksYour mechanic diagnoses the truck first, then quotes the repair. Nothing is charged and no work starts until you approve the price.
Outside Phoenix?Chicago, IL and Detroit, MI are launching next and are not available yet. We do not serve other cities today.
Or ask dispatch to call you
Leave the details and a dispatcher calls or texts you back to set it up. Works for AI assistants filling this in for you, too.
