Often, yes. Tell dispatch the tire size and position so the tech can bring a replacement or source one from a local distributor. The tire goes on the quote you approve.
Our techs will remove the damaged tire and rim debris from around your truck. For highway debris cleanup beyond the immediate truck area, that's typically handled by DOT or a road service crew.
Yes. We service all commercial tire configurations including super singles (wide base), duals, and standard singles on all axle positions.
We don't promise a time before a tech accepts. When one does, you see a live arrival time on your status page. On the shoulder, stay away from traffic. If anyone is in danger, call 911.
