Electrical and batteries
Electrical diagnostics, wiring repair, and battery service for commercial diesel vehicles — dispatched to your location.
How it works
Chasing electrical gremlins is our specialty.
Electrical problems are the most frustrating breakdowns — intermittent faults, phantom codes, and no-start conditions that waste hours. A mechanic tests the circuits at the truck to find the cause, not just the symptom.
Battery service
Load testing, battery replacement, cable repair, terminal cleaning, and battery box service for single and dual battery systems.
Alternator and charging
Alternator testing, replacement, and charging system diagnostics to resolve low voltage, dead batteries, and charging light warnings.
Starter motor service
Starter motor testing, replacement, and circuit diagnostics for no-crank and slow-crank conditions on all diesel platforms.
Wiring and harness repair
Wire tracing, harness repair, connector replacement, and custom wiring for lighting, sensors, and aftermarket electrical accessories.
Lighting repair
Headlamp, tail lamp, marker light, and work light repair and replacement to maintain DOT compliance and visibility.
ECM and sensor diagnostics
Engine control module communication, sensor circuit testing, ground fault isolation, and data link troubleshooting.
Questions
No estimates. The mechanic diagnoses, quotes, and you approve before any work.
Yes. Mechanics use techniques including parasitic draw testing, voltage drop analysis, and data logging to catch problems that come and go.
Mechanics often carry common commercial group sizes. For other sizes the mechanic sources a battery locally. The battery goes on the quote you approve.
Yes. Damaged harnesses can usually be repaired on-site with solder, heat shrink and weatherproof connectors. Extensive damage may need a new harness section.
We don't promise a time before a mechanic accepts. When one does, you see their photo, truck and plate and a live arrival time on your status page.
In the app or on your secure status page, by card, after you approve the price. Nobody should ask you for cash at the truck.
