Aftertreatment, DPF and DEF
DPF regeneration, DEF system repair, and emissions compliance service — dispatched to your location. Clear derates and get back to full power.
How it works
A derate costs you every hour it lasts.
DPF clogging, DEF system faults, SCR efficiency codes and forced derates can leave a truck crawling. A mechanic diagnoses the root cause on-site, then clears the codes after the repair.
DPF regeneration
Forced regen with diesel diagnostic software, DPF soot load monitoring, and regen inhibit diagnosis for trucks that won't regen on their own.
DPF cleaning and service
DPF removal for professional cleaning, ash load assessment, and DPF replacement when cleaning is no longer effective.
DEF system repair
DEF injector replacement, DEF pump service, DEF tank heater repair, and DEF quality sensor diagnostics.
SCR and catalyst service
SCR catalyst efficiency testing, NOx sensor replacement, and selective catalytic reduction system diagnostics.
EGR system service
EGR valve cleaning and replacement, EGR cooler inspection, and EGR-related fault code diagnosis and repair.
Emissions code diagnosis
Complete emissions fault code analysis, derate level assessment, and root cause identification for all aftertreatment-related warning lights.
Questions
No estimates. The mechanic diagnoses, quotes, and you approve before any work.
We don't promise a time before a mechanic accepts. When one does, you see a live arrival time on your status page. Phoenix dispatch works 7 AM to 7 PM Arizona time, every day.
Yes. With diesel diagnostic software a mechanic can start a forced DPF regeneration at your location, watch it complete and clear the related fault codes.
DPF cleaning removes accumulated ash (non-burnable residue) from the filter substrate. This is effective when the filter is structurally sound but ash-loaded. Replacement is needed when the filter is cracked, melted, or has been cleaned too many times to be effective.
Common causes include DEF quality issues (crystallized or contaminated fluid), failed DEF injectors, clogged DEF filters, faulty NOx sensors giving false readings, or wiring/connector problems. The mechanic diagnoses the root cause before quoting parts.
In the app or on your secure status page, by card, after you approve the price. Nobody should ask you for cash at the truck.
