# Mobile Diesel USA — full reference for AI agents

Booking rules:
- driver_phone is required and must be reachable — dispatch confirms by phone/SMS before assigning a mechanic.
- Include fleet_company and po_number for fleet billing; contact_email gets the confirmation.
- location: lat+lng preferred (GPS from the truck); address or city accepted.
- Send Idempotency-Key on POST /bookings so retries never double-book.
- There is NO estimate before diagnosis. POST /api/v1/quote/ returns the pricing policy only. The mechanic diagnoses on site, quotes, and the customer approves before work begins. No payment through the API.
- No payment through the API. Cancel any time before dispatch via POST /api/v1/bookings/{id}/cancel/.
